《时代杂志》公布了今年选出的 Instagram Photographer of the Year，得奖人为 Ruddy Roye，他自称是一位人权主义者。今年美国发生了多宗黑人被警察枪杀事件，令不少人关注到黑人人权的问题。Ruddy Roye 在过去几年，一直都拍摄其他黑人为主，希望借着图片发扬黑人优美的一面。Ruddy Roye 发布了超过 4,000 张相片，大约有 26 万 Followers，大家可去到他的 Instagram 看看。
