“科学家”会穿小背心做实验？“库存照片”被批评过于虚假、荒诞

报导一些国际新闻事件时，媒体未必会有当地照片，往往会以“相关参考图片”代替，它们被称为“库存照片”（stock photo），不过部分这类照片中的模特儿却被指过于“作状”，结果被劣评，甚至被嘲笑。

近日有网民转载多间销售库存照片公司有关“科学家”的照片，并加上标签“#BadStockPhotosOfMyJob”，批评照片的“科学家”动作虚假、违反常识，甚至是脱离现实。

整个风潮由美国 University of California 的教授 Nicole Paulk 开始，她为了演讲而浏览库存照片，却发现一张戴保护眼罩、凝望一粒干冰的“科学家”照片。

Paulk 形容“地球上没有人会这样做，即使是干冰科学家也不会”，于是放上网嘲笑一番。后来发现类似照片，原来在库存照片不止一张，于是科学博客 Yvette d'Entremont 便想出标签“#BadStockPhotosOfMyJob”。
