世界机器人大会论文征集开启获选论文将收录于EI检索

2018世界机器人大会先进机器人与自动化专题论坛（WRC SARA 2018），将于2018年8月15至19日世界机器人大会期间举办。2015年，世界机器人大会首次在北京召开。三年来，大会已逐步发展成为机器人和人工智能领域规模最大、规格最高的学术和产业盛会。大会每年吸引了来自全球顶尖高校、研究机构和机器人企业的300余位国际一流学者、专家与企业家，共话机器人技术与产业发展。过去几年，大会每年展出超过150家国际机器人企业带来的近千种创新展品，与会者超过200,000人次。

今年，2018世界机器人大会期间将举办一场关于机器人与自动化领域先进研究成果的论坛，并在全球范围内向相关领域的各专业人士征集论文。我们将与IEEE机器人与自动化学会（IEEE RAS）共同评审所提交的技术论文。提交送审的论文都应严格遵循IEEE会议论文格式。所有获选并经过注册的论文均将被录入IEEE Xplore数据库，并收录于EI检索。

2018 世界机器人大会由论坛、博览会、大赛、开幕式、闭幕式组成。大会将邀请世界机器人领域著名专家学者进行高水平的学术交流，邀请国内外机器人企业、高校及科研机构集中展示最新科研成果、应用产品，并举办一系列精彩纷呈的机器人大赛活动。大会旨在丰富拓展机器人、自动化以及人工智能领域研究者和从业者的知识与经验，通过展示创新技术、培育创新人才来推动机器人技术与产业的发展，使其成为国际社会真正的创业、创新驱动力。

WRC Symposium on AdvancedRobotics and AutomationCall for Papers

The WRC Symposiumon Advanced Robotics and Automation (WRC SARA 2018) will be held as a specialtechnical meeting during the World Robot Conference (WRC), Beijing, China,August 15 to August 19, 2018. Organizedby the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Ministry ofIndustry and Information Technology (MIIT), and Beijing Municipal People’sGovernment, the first WRC was held in 2015, and has since then continued togrow into the world’s largest-scale and top-level conference for academics andindustrialists in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence fields. Each prior WRC attracted over 300international speakers who are leading academics, industry experts,entrepreneurs from the world’s top universities, research institutes, andcorporations. In the past few years, WRC has annually showcased more than 150international companies, with more than 1000 innovative projects and productsrelated to Robotics. The conference has also attracted more than 200,000attendees annually.

This year, WRC2018 will host a new forum for advanced research results related to Roboticsand Automation and would like to call-for-paper submissions from expertsworld-wide to attend this forum: WRCSymposium on Advanced Robotics and Automation (WRC SARA 2018). We will collaborate with the IEEE Roboticsand Automation Society in reviewing the submitted technical papers. Allsubmitted papers for review should follow strict IEEE conference paper format.All accepted papers that are presented at the Symposium will be submitted forinclusion to IEEE Xplore and EI indexed.

The WRC conferenceseries strives to integrate three key components for successful internationalconferences that will greatly benefit the attendees -- Forums, Exhibitions andContests. The WRC conferences seek to enrich the knowledge and experience ofstudents, academics, industrialists, and entrepreneurs in the fields ofRobotics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. WRC will showcase technical innovations,cultivate creative talents, and allow international engagements for academics,entrepreneurs and industrialist -- pushing robotics technologies and industriesto become a true driver of entrepreneurship and innovation across the globalsociety.
