美国通讯软件 Telegram 跟 Telegram X 在昨天被 Apple App Store 下架，Telegram 即刻在官方 Twitter 官方账号回答被撤除的原因，是因为用户在交谈当中使用不当的内容，但稍早 Telegram 跟 Telegram X 已经重新回到 App Store 中。

Telegram 首席执行官 Pavel Durov 昨天在 Twitter 表示 Telegram 跟 Telegram X 被 Apple 认为因为用户交谈当中使用不当，所以先暂时撤除。不过今天 App Store 已经重新让 Telegram 跟Telegram X 回到 Apple Store，针对这样大幅度的动作 Apple 一直未正式说明原因。
据外媒报导 Telegram 的开发人员表示，这款通讯软件比起其他系统更安全，因为他们使用私密聊天的时候是使用点对点的加密，不在服务器上留下痕迹，同时阻止转发并允许讯息删除。也因为这种特殊加密功能反而让英国首相特别关切，认为小型平台可以迅速成为恐怖份子的有力工具。不过 Telegram 则表示他们确实有阻止 ISIS 相关恐怖份子的机器人，但是他们不会阻止任何人发表其他意见。
